It has been known for us to even stick a Post-It note onto our iPhones and iPads as reminders to set a reminder!
The Design Oven's office are almost as big as Google's. Well, Google's in 2000. Before they opened.
We do have a pool table though. That's pretty jazzy.
And an Air Hockey table.
And a kettle. To make our coffee.
At The Design Oven we like to be firing on all cylinders.
Our clients are local, national and international, meaning we have to be on the ball all of the time. A good cup of Carte-Noire helps with that!
We average 11 cups of coffee, four teas, one water and one Fanta Lemon daily.
Unfortunately, Carte-Noire did not pay us for this advert, but maybe one day they will ask us to design a jar for them!
We have a huge volume of books, articles, links, websites, tools, fonts, tips, tricks and references that we like.
We are passionate about design, and strive to keep our knowledge fresh and innovative so our creativity can flourish.
Our clients often send us notes, compliment slips, e-mails and letters thanking us for a "good job, well done".
We keep these next to our main entrance to make us feel good first thing on a morning.
We genuinely have no idea where these came from, but we aren't the type of people to cast anyone out, so we gave them a good warm home.
Every now and then, one will pop up somewhere unexpected.
I once found one in a pocket of the pool table!
We listen to Radio 1 in the office. Always.
Unless the boss gets his hands on the radio. Then we listen to Radio 5 Live. This does not serve well for morale or productivity.
Greg James is the current best Radio 1 DJ.
Despite our trying to educate him, the boss still thinks Clive James is better than Greg James.
This is the Ferrari 250 GTO.
If you choose to use us as your design agency, everyone wins. You get great design. We employ more people. More people get more great design. The boss gets this car and we never see him because he's driving somewhere in it.

Every Friday morning, The Design Oven get together to discuss the projects of the week, and what we have going on the following week.
After a long, hard weeks worth of designing, we have a little office treat during our meeting in the form of a "Good Morning" McDonalds breakfast.
We have created strong relationships with both our clients and our partners.
Because of the strong relationship with our printing partner, our phone line is always busy with us trying to get the best prices for our clients.
This is why we had to add a swanky new phone system with three extra lines! It was either that or count the seconds until we could make calls.
Our staff, being based in the North East, are largely Sunderland and Newcastle fans.
Except the boss. He's a Man United fan (so he says since 1974).
